You will operate a mowing rig along with the zero turns, trimmers and blowers to ensure our customer's properties are consistently maintained to a high standard. High preformers and consistent preform will be highly rewarded in this role as Crew Members receive consistent bonuses each paycheck ontop of their base hourly rate. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in lawn care, landscaping, and outdoor maintenance while working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Duties

  • Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to perform precise mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup tasks.
  • Maintain and service lawn care equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Assist with landscape maintenance projects including planting, pruning, planting bed edging, and hardscape installation.
  • Safely and responsibly be able to operate a truck and trailer setup.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

Skills

  • Strong mechanical knowledge of lawn care equipment and power tools.
  • Experience with lawn care, landscape and general equipment maintenance.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, string trimming, and stand-on / sit down Zero Turn Mowers.
  • Ability to perform basic maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
  • Excellent time management skills aswell as excellent work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
