Job Summary

We are seeking one or two dedicated and hardworking team members to join our crew. One climber and one Grounds guy .

The ideal climber candidate will be responsible leading the crew along daily task asigned while operating bucket truck and lift . Cutting and climbing experience needed followed by ensuring that all grounds are kept in pristine condition. Before leaving jobsite . This role requires outdoor physical labor

Responsibilities

  • must having climbing experience and know how to operate chainsaw proffesionally ..
  • Perform routine Service of equipment . Greasing , checking oil/fuel levels
  • Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment for landscape maintenance effectively and safely.
  • Assist with tree care activities including trimming and removal as necessary.
  • Dig holes for planting trees or shrubs.
  • Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
  • Operate skid steers /chippers and chainsaws effectively and safely.

Experience

  • Familiarity with mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to use hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
  • Experience in landscape maintenance practices including tree trimming and garden care is advantageous.
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills related to grounds maintenance.

Pay: $ $28.00 per hour
