At Mindful Therapy Group, we understand the challenges licensed therapists face: community mental health burnout, underpaid agency roles, and inconsistent telehealth platforms. For nearly 15 years, we've worked to disrupt that cycle, helping 2,200+ providers build and sustain thriving private practices. Our 1099 business partnership model offers full wraparound support, including business mentorship, credentialing and billing, EHR platform, furnished office space, and marketing. We're now seeking clinical supervisors who want to grow their own practice while providing clinical supervision through our Supervised Associate Program.

As a supervisor with Mindful Therapy Group, you can interview potential associates for the best fit, set your own supervision specialties and rates, and provide associates access to a diverse mix of insurance payors so they can build full caseloads and serve a wide range of clients. This program expands client access, creates sustainable income for supervisors and associates, and gives associates a clear, supported path to licensure.

Insurance Access:

  • Associates through supervisors: Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser Northwest, United, Regence, PacificSource, Providence, Moda, plus individual access to CareOregon and Trillium
  • Supervisors: Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser Northwest, United, Regence, PacificSource, Providence, First Choice, Moda, CareOregon, and Trillium

Partnership Benefits

  • Step-by-step onboarding to launch your business and supervise with confidence
  • Fast-track credentialing with major insurance payors — in weeks, not months
  • Dedicated account management to help you build a sustainable, burnout-free practice
  • Clinical resources including AI documentation tools, a charting library, and supervision support
  • Transparent reimbursement increases passed directly to you — with average rates 20% higher than most providers earn independently
  • Scheduling, billing, and collections support from experienced teams
  • Beautiful furnished office spaces in Tigard, NE Portland, Highlands, and West Salem
  • Built-in branding and marketing under the trusted Mindful Therapy Group name, with 14+ years of provider partnership
  • Community connection through biweekly consult groups, quarterly seminars, and in-person events
  • Self-paced online courses on mindfulness, self-compassion, and sustainable practice growth

Requirements

  • An active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license in Oregon
  • State approved supervisor certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Desire to hold a caseload of at least 12-15 clients per week
  • Desire to be a business owner

You'll also need to set up a few business basics before onboarding — such as a business license, liability insurance, and a Psychology Today profile, but we'll walk you through the process step by step.
