Oregon Change Clinic is an Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program serving individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. We're looking for a dedicated, mission-driven leader to help drive operations for our business and support our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of programs and its various components, as assigned ensuring compliance with company, local, state and federal policies and regulations
  • Develop or assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and safe operation of programs.
  • Support, inspire, manage and supervise admin staff including training, and problem resolution; evaluating performance and making recommendations for personnel actions; motivating and inspiring employees to achieve peak productivity and performance
  • Participate in and coordinate the design and implementation of data collection and analysis systems for OCC Programs.
  • Review and interpret financial and operating information as appropriate; coordinating and developing periodic financial and/or operating analyses; preparing financial reports Supervisor; may participate in the preparation of contract and/or grant proposals and other reports.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Four (4) years supervisory experience.
  • Two (2) years Management expertise in fiscal services, administration, and human resources gained through either 2 years of equivalent-level work experience or completion of college-level business management certification
