About the Role

Elite Detroit Towing is hiring experienced, dependable Tow Truck Drivers who take pride in professionalism, safety, and customer service.

This is a performance-based position — the more jobs you complete, the more you earn. Drivers are the frontline voice and face of Elite Detroit Towing, answering customer calls, handling tows safely, and representing our company with integrity.

If you're reliable, skilled, and serious about your work, this is a steady, high-earning opportunity.

No-call, no-show or short-term applicants will not be considered.

Pay Structure

  • $23 per completed tow
  • Average 6–10 calls per day
  • Typical daily pay: $120–$180+
  • Weekly pay, direct deposit available

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate flatbed and wheel-lift tow trucks safely and efficiently
  • Handle incoming customer calls and communicate clearly with dispatch
  • Gather all details (location, vehicle type, service needed)
  • Give honest ETAs and follow through professionally
  • Provide roadside services: lockouts, jump-starts, tire changes, fuel delivery
  • Take before-and-after photos for every tow
  • Inspect truck and equipment daily for safety
  • Maintain a professional appearance and respectful attitude on every call

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid Michigan Chauffeur License (required)
  • At least 1 year of verified towing experience
  • Clean driving record — no DUIs or major violations
  • Mechanically inclined and familiar with vehicle systems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Dependable and punctual; able to work in all weather conditions

Who Should Not Apply

  • No towing experience or Chauffeur License
  • Poor attendance or short job history
  • Unwilling to answer calls or follow dispatch directions
