Description

SAIC is looking for innovative and committed individuals to help the government achieve their goals and deliver mission excellence on important national programs.

SAIC is looking for a senior intelligence analyst to support the Targeting and Object based production (OBP) team supporting our customers in Tampa, Florida. SAIC has been a leader in the fields, and at the customers for the past 10 years. We are looking to expand our Tampa team with an OBP/Intel Analyst with a strong SIGINT, OBI, and Targeting background.

This position will be responsible for the following:

  • Design and guide MARS HYBRID engineering solution and prototype for future MARS OMS.
  • Develop logic-based rule sets for the Defense Intelligence Enterprise to support the five major areas within the Joint Military Intelligence Staff Functions.
  • Provide Defense Intelligence Agency and Combatant Command Global Support by establishing data and system governance, while applying structured Analytic Tradecraft Technique.

Qualifications

  • An Active TS/SCI is required to be considered for this position.
  • Willing and able to obtain a Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 15+ years of Experience
  • Requires strong SIGINT, OBI, and Targeting experience to help support system design and engineering solutions.
  • Hands on experience establishing logic-based rules to support ontology development, and support customer operational requirements.
  • Hands on experience with MIDB and MARS tools.

Desired:

  • 15+ years' overall combined SIGINT experience.
  • 7+ years COMINT
  • 7+ years ELINT
  • 1-2+ years OPELINT, TECELINT, and FISINT
  • SIGINT, IMINT, and All-Source working experience in all Combatant Command Areas of Responsibilities (AOR's)
  • 5+ years' experience in All-Source Intelligence
  • 1-2+ years' experience in Imagery Intelligence (IMINT)
  • 1-2+ years' experience with GCCS and FADE Suite of Tools (MIST, Intelbook, Watchbox)
  • 1-2+ years' experience working with MARS and MIDB databases
  • Database manager skills highly recommended but not required)
  • Working experience in Object Based Production (OBP), Object Based Intelligence (OBI), Governance and Ontology, and other Intelligence/Analytical based programs
  • 1-2+ years' experience in Order of Battle (OB) with knowledge in composition and disposition of forces methodology
  • 5+ years' experience in Targeting, Target Management, and Target Methodology (specifically Deliberate and Dynamic operations)
  • Experience working with and/or consulting with senior leaders within all Military Branches, Major Commands, and National Agencies
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • A working knowledge in ISR and ISR Planning, Collection Management, Intelligence based systems, and NSRP is highly recommended/desired but not required
  • Ability to prepare and conduct briefings and training to senior staff, government officials, and agency personnel utilizing VTC, IC Connect and other means
  • Ability to work independently with minimal Government oversight.
