  • Key Responsibilities & Tools:
  • Design and develop engaging e-learning modules and training materials using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and Adobe Captivate.
  • Create multimedia assets including videos, infographics, and animations using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Camtasia.
  • Develop high-quality visual and graphic designs with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign aligned to brand guidelines.
  • Produce customer-facing enablement materials that communicate complex ideas clearly and visually.
  • Apply adult learning principles (ADDIE, SAM, Agile) to design effective learning experiences.
  • Ensure all learning and media content meets accessibility standards (Section 508).
  • Use Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to create simple data visualizations and analytical storytelling.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to translate technical content into clear, engaging learning tools.
  • Manage multiple projects in an agile environment using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine learning materials based on feedback and performance data.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 per hour
