We're looking for motivated individuals who want to start a hands-on career in the pool industry. No experience? No problem. Our paid apprenticeship program will teach you everything you need to know.

About the Apprenticeship

This is a 3-month paid training program designed to set you up for success. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, learning real-world skills and best practices. Upon successful completion, you'll step into a full-time role as a Maintenance Technician with your own route and a company vehicle.

What You'll Learn

  • Water chemistry and balance- the science behind crystal-clear pools
  • Professional pool maintenance and cleaning techniques
  • Equipment inspection, repair, and troubleshooting
  • Pool automation systems and technology
  • Safety protocols and industry best practices
  • How to deliver top-tier service that goes beyond "splash and dash"

During training, you'll be paired with a lead technician who will guide you through every aspect of the job.

Requirements

  • Clean driving record (must have)
  • Reliable transportation to our warehouse during training
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working outdoors in the heat
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Professional attitude and clear communication skills

Attention to detail is non-negotiable — our clients trust us with high-end pools that demand precision and pride.

After completing the 3-month apprenticeship, you'll graduate to a Maintenance Technician role with your own assigned route and company vehicle. You'll work within our East Valley service area from North Scottsdale to Queen Creek and be part of a team that values excellence, family, and professionalism.
