Job Summary
We are currently hiring a Senior Program Manager, xPO for our xPO Advantage team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. You will strategically manage all aspects of multiple, large assigned on-site customer relations and serve as the focal point of all staffing and operations related issues between Client Management and Supervisors, Corporate Management, Staffmark Group Business Units, Recruiters, Talent Suppliers and the talent workforce assigned to the program.
Essential Duties
Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:
- Manage, evaluate, and develop program staff.
- Conduct weekly staff meeting to review processes, obtain feedback, and make appropriate operational changes.
- Participate in strategic resource planning and program initiatives with Client Management and Advantage xPO.
- Resolve issues between Client Management, Talent Suppliers and their talent, and Advantage xPO.
- Fulfill day to day program operations staff responsibilities in their absence.
- Actively promote Advantage and Client's Quality Program Agendas.
- Act as an advisor and partner to the Client regarding market and workforce trends, program enhancements, and other strategic initiatives.
- Attend established standing meetings between Client and Advantage Executive Management.
- Act as a liaison between corporate departments, business unit management, and client for ultimate delivery and communication of corporate services to client.
- Manage multiple P&Ls
- Client/Program specific process implementation, execution and management. These may vary based on client industry, client/program size, program structure and SLAs outlined during contract negotiations.

Must also be able to strategically manage accounts with a goal towards continuous improvement, have strong business technical skills, ability to read and understand P&L and deliver strategy to drive revenue and profitability, and have strong presentation skills to respond, develop, and present QBR's and RFP's. We also desire a minimum of 4 years client Management and sales experience, preferably within a service industry, and with a proven track record as well as Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
