Global Chief of Staff to the Principal
Full-Time | Extensive Global Travel
A globally active Principal is seeking an accomplished Chief of Staff to serve as his strategic and operational partner. This is a rare opportunity for a world-class professional who combines intelligence, composure, and diplomacy with the ability to manage complex international operations at the highest level.
Acting as the central link between the Principal's professional, personal, and organisational interests, the Chief of Staff will ensure that priorities are delivered seamlessly across time zones and teams. The successful candidate will bring both structure and subtlety to an exceptionally dynamic environment.
The Role
The Chief of Staff will oversee all aspects of the Principal's private and operational sphere beyond core business functions, ensuring flawless execution, communication, and alignment across global teams. This individual will act as a trusted confidant — capable of anticipating needs, implementing standards, and safeguarding time, focus, and confidentiality.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Leading international teams supporting the Principal's global operations, logistics, and residences.
- Overseeing complex travel arrangements, scheduling, and event coordination across multiple regions.
- Acting as the principal liaison between the Principal and senior stakeholders, advisors, and private staff.
- Recruiting and managing key personnel within the global private office structure.
- Representing the Principal with discretion and authority in selected meetings and engagements.
- Managing special projects, developments, and private initiatives with strategic and operational excellence.
- Upholding the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
The Ideal Candidate
This role demands an exceptional individual with proven experience as a Chief of Staff or senior private office professional, able to navigate high-expectation environments with poise, intelligence, and diplomacy.

Structure & Scope
- Location: London or United States
- Travel: Extensive international travel (approx. 75%)
- Reporting: Directly to the Principal
- Remuneration: Highly competitive and reflective of calibre and experience
