What You'll Do

• Build and manage relationships with property owners, tenants, and investors.
• Prospect daily through calls, networking, and local market outreach.
• Analyze and underwrite office, retail, and industrial properties.
• Prepare marketing materials and client presentations.
• Negotiate lease and sale transactions with persistence and professionalism.
• Participate in daily coaching sessions to sharpen your market and sales expertise.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, business development, or client relations preferred (CRE experience a plus).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License (or willingness to obtain).

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.

Agents can also earn additional income through leasing and management referrals.
