Level I Behavioral Technician (EIDBI) – Madina Wellness Center

Location: Minneapolis, MN 55404

Schedule: afternoon & early evening availability required; weekend flexibility is preferred.

Employment Type: Part-Time

About the Role

Madina Wellness is seeking a Level I EIDBI Behavioral Technician to provide in-home, evidence-based therapy and supervision to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions. This position is hands-on and client-focused — you'll deliver intervention, oversee clinical services, and collaborate with families and providers to support each child's development and care plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide EIDBI individual intervention for our client with autism
  • Have solid knowledge and/or experience working with children with seizure disorder
  • Conduct promot, accurate, and evidence-based data collection and documentation.
  • Help clinical supervisors conduct clinical assessments and develop, monitor, and update treatment plans.
  • Experience using Central Reach is a plus.
  • Implement evidence-based ABA interventions and track client progress.
  • Deliver family training and education to support home and community carryover.
  • Attend care coordination meetings with schools, doctors, therapists, and social workers.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with HIPAA and EIDBI guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications

  • An active status of LEVEL 1 EIDBI Provider, approved by MN DHS (if you're not approved to provide services as a Level 1 provider, please apply for other roles).
  • Master's degree (or currently enrolled in a master's program) in a behavioral health or related field such as applied behavior analysis, psychology, social work, special education, speech-language pathology, or occupational therapy.
  • Current transcripts are required as proof of education. Offer letters will not be accepted. Education will be verified each semester for compliance.
  • Experience working with clients with seizure disorder is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in an ABA center or with individuals with ASD.
  • 2,000+ hours of supervised clinical experience and/or training in ASD or a related field, or equivalent graduate coursework.
  • Must be willing to work directly with clients, including those with high behavioral needs.
  • Must be willing to supervise staff, train families, conduct assessments, and attend multidisciplinary meetings.
  • Must be available Mon–Fri 3pm-8pm; weekend flexibility is preferred.
  • Ability to pass a DHS background check.
  • Current or willingness to obtain BLS/CPR certification.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and actively engage with clients for extended periods
