A rapidly growing car wash chain based in Central New Jersey is seeking a Greeter to drive growth and profitability at the site. We are seeking a Greeter who can successfully welcome guests, increase membership sales, and work in a dynamic, collaborative fast paced environment.

As a Greeter, you also have the opportunity to join our management training program for any of our upcoming sites.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience
  • Can be on their feet for long periods of time
  • Can work in outdoor conditions including but not limited to snow, rain, heat, and cold.
  • Can work in a physically demanding work environment

Potential to earn sales commission and tips through a structured program.

The Greeter determines how the work flows through the car wash and sets the pace for the entire facility. This individual will need to balance customer service and manage throughput volume/ speed.
