Located in Bessemer, Alabama, our client is a leading innovator in the underground mining equipment industry. It is what we do and it is all we do. Our client's sole focus is on the underground miner, and to provide the safest, most cost-effective, and most durable equipment possible.
Location: Ohio- Remote Role
Job Description:
The Territory Manager is a mid-level sales position who serves as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of top-tier client accounts with responsibility for retention and growth. Ensure clients derive maximum value from our services. Prepare implementation plans and lead client onboarding, present content strategy, and annual plan. Work closely with clients to identify needs including content approval workflows and consult on best practices for equipment use.
Responsibilities:
80% emphasis on net new business and 20% emphasis on retention and growth.
Engage new and existing customers to provide value around how to be more successful with our current portfolio of new and rebuilt equipment, and services.
Ability to establish and manage senior-level customer relationships.
Build and maintain a consistently strong pipeline.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base =$ 60k- $100k
Commission = TBD
Uncapped commission
1st Year On-Target Earnings = $150k (please share market feedback)
