Job Title: Janitor

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Janitor. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Rate: $17.00 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Driver's License
  • Background check.
  • Real ID

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Empty trash bins and replace liners
  • Dust and wipe down surfaces
  • Refill soap dispensers and paper towel holders
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
  • Notify management of any maintenance or repair issues
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to follow instructions and guidelines

Descripción del puesto:

Buscamos a una persona confiable y trabajadora para unirse a nuestro equipo como Conserje. La principal responsabilidad de este puesto es mantener la limpieza y el orden en nuestras instalaciones, garantizando un entorno limpio y seguro para el personal y los visitantes. El candidato ideal deberá prestar mucha atención al detalle y ser proactivo en las tareas de limpieza y mantenimiento.

Responsabilidades:

  • Limpiar y desinfectar baños, salas de descanso y otras áreas comunes
  • Barrer, trapear y aspirar pisos
  • Vaciar los contenedores de basura y reemplazar las bolsas
  • Quitar el polvo y limpiar las superficies
  • Rellenar los dispensadores de jabón y los portarrollos de papel
  • Supervisar y reponer los suministros de limpieza
  • Notificar a la gerencia sobre cualquier problema de mantenimiento o reparación
  • Seguir todos los protocolos y pautas de seguridad

Requisitos:

  • Se prefiere experiencia previa en limpieza, pero no es un requisito
  • Capacidad para levantar y mover objetos pesados
