High-Earning Closing Role | Local Only | Road Sale Dec 17–29

We are hiring an experienced Floor Closer for our Dallas year-end road sale—one of the biggest automotive sales weeks of the year. The closer will handle qualified customers, structure deals, and help maximize gross and volume.

Dates:

December 17th–29th

  • Christmas Eve: Close at 2pm
  • Christmas Day: Closed

Requirements

  • Must live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area (no travel or housing covered)
  • Prior automotive closing experience required
  • Must be aggressive, ethical, and able to move a sales floor
  • Ability to structure deals quickly and motivate salespeople
  • Must be available for all sale days

Responsibilities

  • Take TOs from salespeople and close deals
  • Work with management and F&I to finalize paperwork
  • Maximize gross while maintaining CSI
  • Maintain floor energy and push volume
  • Assist new salespeople as needed

Pay Structure

  • High commission percentage
  • Bonus incentives based on volume and gross
  • Closers typically earn several thousand dollars during this week alone
