We are a company focused on providing business-to-business support for independent mental healthcare practitioners, which helps providers serve a growing client base. We provide administrative and organizational services to simplify the processes of lead-generation, marketing, billing and collecting payments from patients and insurers. Our team supports over 2,000 private practice mental health providers, who serve more than 20,000 clients per week across 5 states and telehealth.

We have built the Mindful Therapy Group brand from the ground up with years of dedication to solving the complex processes of the healthcare landscape in innovative ways, creating a platform geared toward growth, and working to meet our mission of creating improved access to high quality mental healthcare.

We expanding into Texas in 2025. Growth opportunities abound as we quickly build our presence in a new region.

About The Role
Known internally as a Provider Engagement Specialist, the Business Development Sourcing Recruiter will work to generate mental healthcare provider interest by digging into untapped platforms and get in front of professionals who may be interested in joining our growing collaborative group of providers.

The Sourcing Recruiter will be the initial point of contact for new providers, sourcing and maintaining a provider pipeline and initiate opportunities for conversions using multiple streams. You will keep an organized system with up to date information regarding contact, important milestones and notes for other members of the team.

In this role, you will be able to quickly and easily build a rapport with interested providers. You will excel in a fast-pace, goal driven environment making a high volume of calls. You will have a tenacious mentality and be self-motivated to meet your individual goals while helping meet the goals of your departments and the company as a whole.
