Job Overview

As a Delivery Driver/Parts Runner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain processes. Your primary responsibility will be to transport parts and and vehicles efficiently between various locations, providing exceptional customer service along the way. You'll be the backbone of our delivery system, helping to keep our operations running seamlessly and ensuring that our team has the resources they need to succeed.

What you'll do

  • Pick up & deliver parts and materials to designated locations in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Pick up & drop off of customer vehicles.
  • Load and unload deliveries with care, utilizing equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean driving record while operating box trucks or other commercial vehicles.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide updates on deliveries and address any concerns.
  • Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management and organization of parts.
  • Perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as required, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
  • Navigate routes efficiently to optimize delivery times while adhering to all traffic regulations.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating strong communication skills.
  • Prior warehouse experience is preferred, with an understanding of logistics operations.
  • Valid driver's license with experience driving commercial vehicles, including box trucks.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience as a delivery driver or courier, showcasing your ability to manage routes effectively.
  • CDL is a plus
  • Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
  • Forklift certification is advantageous but not required; we can assist with training if needed.
