Multi-Clean, a fast-growing Commercial Janitorial Company established in 1993, is hiring 1 individual to manage our OKC floor work and project cleans.

Summary:

You will be essential in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various flooring surfaces within our facilities. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will utilize your core skills in cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation. Your expertise in buffing, scrubbing, and janitorial practices will enhance the overall environment. With relevant experience in custodial and commercial cleaning, you will contribute to our commitment to providing a safe and welcoming space for all.

Responsibilities:

  • Dependable and reliable.
  • A willingness to learn with a positive attitude.
  • Utilize proper cleaning techniques and equipment for various surfaces.
  • Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of various floor types, including carpet and hard surfaces.
  • Utilize buffing equipment to enhance floor appearance and longevity.
  • Execute janitorial tasks in commercial settings, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
  • Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Must have Prior Floor Cleaning Experience
  • Pass a background check and drug test
  • Must have Drivers License
