Overview:

The Floor Technician is responsible for the maintenance of all types of floor surfaces, wall, and upholstered furniture.This position also may be required to perform all the task

Qualifications:

Job Description: Performs work safely by operating floor equipment correctly and follow all safety rules. Uses analytical and judgment ability to determine product, equipment and proper procedure for floor care. Provides excellent customer service by utilizing the appropriate interpersonal skills necessary to interact with patients,visitors and staff in a courteous and professional manner. Appropriately manages the work environment by being able to strip and refinish floors to standards in an acceptable time frame. Extracts carpet to standards in an acceptable time frame. Prepares pharmaceutical waste for shipping and other assigned duties related to the Environmental Services Department. Comply with all Federal, State, and Local authorities having jurisdiction.
