Pay: $22-$28/hour (depending on experience)

We're hiring a General Manager who can lead, grow, and take ownership of our day-to-day operations. This is a high-leverage role — your leadership will directly determine the quality of our client experience, the performance of our contractors, and the growth of the business.
If you're an A-player who thrives in leadership and loves building a high-performance team, this role is for you. Experience in professional organizing, moving/packing, or a similar service business is a big plus.
What You'll Do (Duties)
- Lead the Team: Recruit, train, and onboard organizers to maintain the highest service standards.
- Client Experience: Be the go-to person for clients — inquiries, scheduling, and problem-solving. Ensure every client feels valued and cared for.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Keep the calendar organized, jobs confirmed, and contractors dispatched with clear instructions.
- Drive Growth: Look for creative and unique ways to expand the business. Help convert new leads into recurring clients, upsell services, and support marketing initiatives. Be the face of social media and content for the company
- Accountability: Track performance, enforce standards, and report weekly results to ownership.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience, ideally in home services, hospitality, logistics, or related fields
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy (comfortable with scheduling software, CRMs, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Customer-service oriented, with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Problem solver who can bring ideas on how to solve an issue
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

We are a new professional organizing and packing/unpacking company dedicated to helping clients create calm, functional, and clutter-free living spaces.
Our services range from organizing homes and offices to packing/unpacking support and specialty projects. We are growing quickly and are looking for a motivated General Manager to lead our team, streamline operations, and deliver excellent client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and workflow for organizing, packing, and home projects
- Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with ownership on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and marketing efforts
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Help clients organize their homes or businesses
- Help clients pack and unpack their homes
- Help clients set up and tear down decor for the holidays
- Be the face of social media and content for the company
- Look for creative and unique ways to expand the business
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $ $28.00 per hour
