Corporate Branding Director

The Corporate Branding Director is responsible for shaping and executing Accruent's corporate brand strategy with the goal of optimally positioning the company in the market to drive awareness, engagement and conversion. This role oversees corporate brand strategy, corporate messaging, and analyst relations, ensuring Accruent is represented clearly, consistently, and in a differentiable way. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and execution to deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Brand Strategy
- Gather market intelligence on the pain points within the industries we sell to and on the competitive solutions in our market
- Position Accruent and craft messaging to differentiate our company, our brand, and our solutions from competitive solutions
- Lead branding efforts to rationalize and adjust current product branding to better serve the needs of the market and align with corporate objectives
- Influence product roadmap by bringing market and brand perspective
- Collaborate with PR and content leader to enhance brand through thought leadership and communicating our perspective
- Participate in and contribute to our annual corporate strategy activities with executive leadership and Fortive by sharing your market knowledge and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with VP of Brand and Product Marketing to adjust product and company branding to meet changing organizational and market needs
- Conduct competitive research to help influence new product naming as well as naming for corporate initiatives
Corporate Messaging
- Lead the development, validation, and activation of messaging and positioning of both Accruent and its solution portfolios
- Translate corporate messaging into key deliverables including corporate overview deck, sales slides, website, investor relations materials, etc.
- Create enablement materials and educate market-facing roles on how to position Accruent and its solutions in their day-to-day roles
Analyst Relations
- Develop analyst relations strategy and lead execution including building and maintaining analyst relationships
- Schedule and execute analyst briefings including collaborating internally to prepare for briefings and inquiries
- Monitor report inclusion opportunities and coordinate internally to create report submissions
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, product strategy, competitive intelligence, branding, and messaging
- Proven track record of translating market and customer data into strategy and transforming into messaging that resonates with the market
- Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Expertise in conducting competitive and market research to answer a key business question or imperatives, analyzing and assimilating that information, and presenting recommendations rooted in that research
- Experience working for growing B2B SaaS software organizations.

Bonus or Equity
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is $101, $188,500.00
