. This is more than just a management role - you'll be the driving force behind service excellence across multiple locations while leading our Kansas City operations team.

You'll have the unique opportunity to impact both strategic service delivery and day-to-day operations, working directly with and reporting to our VP of Operations to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Lead service operations across all company locations, setting the standard for quality and efficiency
  • Develop innovative service strategies that boost customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement solutions that deliver real results
  • Directly manage Service Managers and Kansas City signatory technicians
  • Build a culture where safety, quality, and customer service thrive
  • Partner with senior leadership on budgets and strategic planning
  • Monitor key financial metrics such as gross margin, and direct/indirect time driving continuous improvement
  • Provide expert technical support for escalated issues
  • Handle high-value customer relationships and resolve complex disputes
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive landscape in the Kansas City market

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field — OR — an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience required
  • 7+ years in service operations with a track record of success
  • 3+ years leading teams and driving results
  • Proven experience managing P&L and multi-location operations
  • Strong background in technical service environments
  • Natural leadership ability with excellent communication skills
  • Data-driven decision maker who can analyze performance and act quickly
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
