Role Description

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for leading sourcing strategies, evaluating suppliers, managing contracts, negotiating terms, and overseeing procurement operations. The role requires strong vendor management skills, market analysis, and the ability to ensure the timely acquisition of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead sourcing and procurement strategies with a focus on cost optimization and quality.


• Conduct supplier evaluations, manage relationships, and negotiate favorable terms.


• Oversee contracts and ensure compliance with procurement policies.


• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business advantage.


• Manage and lead procurement teams, ensuring efficiency and accountability.


• Collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational goals.

Qualifications


• 5+ years of proven experience in medical procurement.


• Strong sourcing experience with a successful track record in vendor selection and negotiation.


• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams effectively.


• Expertise in supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and procurement operations.


• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.


• Experience in the healthcare industry is a strong plus.
