Position Overview:

ISPA Technology, LLC is seeking a Logistician/Purchasing Agent to provide comprehensive material management and logistics support for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD). The candidate will be responsible for procuring and managing test materials, coordinating logistics for test preparation and execution, and maintaining accurate inventories of system and support hardware. This role ensures readiness and efficiency in all test and evaluation (T&E) operations through effective coordination, documentation, and supply chain support.

Key Responsibilities:

The Logistician will provide comprehensive logistics and procurement support by sourcing, purchasing, and managing parts, materials, and consumables required for test preparation and analysis. Responsibilities include coordinating shipping, receiving, packaging, and distribution of test materials; maintaining accurate inventories and documentation; and ensuring compliance with all procurement, technical, and safety standards. The Logistician will collaborate closely with engineering, test, and logistics teams to forecast material needs, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of goods in accordance with program and DoD requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics, material management, or procurement within a technical or DoD environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, supply processes, and logistics documentation.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support cross-functional teams in a dynamic test environment.
