Job Summary:
We are expanding our team and seeking a Sales Development Manager who is fluent in both English and Mandarin to help us grow our client base and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
● Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, networking, and referrals.
● Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales strategies.
● Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
● Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and client insights to management.
● Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue and commission potential.
Qualifications:
● Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
● Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
