About The Role
We are a storytelling company powered by artistry, imagination, and cutting-edge technology. Our pioneering work in using AI for VFX and post-production is redefining how audiences experience stories on screen—combining visual mastery with boundary-pushing innovation.

We're looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to be our creative-technology architect: someone who can merge the artistry of our craft with the tools of tomorrow, ensuring our teams can create extraordinary work at any scale.

As CTO, you'll lead our technology vision with a creative-first mindset. Your mission is to design and implement tools, workflows, and platforms that empower artists, inspire innovation, and elevate every frame.

You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with creative leads, production executives, and artists, ensuring technology is never a barrier but a catalyst for imagination. From real-time rendering and AI-powered workflows to next-gen collaboration platforms, you'll be at the forefront of shaping how we create.

  • Identify and champion emerging tools and processes—virtual production, real-time workflows, AI/ML, cloud-based collaboration—that unlock new creative possibilities.

  • Pipeline as a Creative Enabler

  • Build scalable, artist-friendly pipelines that integrate seamlessly with creative tools and workflows.

  • Ensure systems are intuitive, flexible, and adaptable to different creative approaches.

  • Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration

  • Partner with VFX supervisors, post leads, and creative executives to ensure tech and art are in sync from concept to delivery.

  • Translate creative ambition into technical solutions without compromising artistic integrity.

  • Innovation Culture

  • Foster a studio culture that values experimentation, rapid prototyping, and idea-sharing.

  • Encourage teams to explore, test, and integrate new creative-tech workflows.

  • Operational Rigor for Creative Freedom

  • Build systems that support efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness—giving artists more time and freedom to create.

  • Balance budget discipline with bold innovation.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of creative technology leadership, ideally in VFX, animation, post-production, or gaming – with a deep passion and experience in AI.
  • Proven track record integrating new creative technologies into high-profile productions.
  • Deep knowledge of industry-standard tools (Maya, Houdini, Nuke, Unreal, etc.) and emerging platforms.
  • Passion for storytelling and understanding of the creative process from script to screen.
  • Ability to inspire both artists and technologists and align them around a shared creative vision.
  • Experience balancing artistic ambition with production realities in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to shape the next era of creative innovation in VFX and post-production.
  • A collaborative, curiosity-driven culture that celebrates artistry and experimentation.
