Overview

Duties
- Engage with prospective clients through warm calling and outreach efforts to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing accounts through proactive account management strategies.
- IoT or work with powered industrial trucks is a plus
- Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand client challenges and identify how our solutions can add value.
- Lead negotiations with clients to close deals that align with both their goals and our business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage pipelines, and forecast sales performance accurately.
- Present compelling product demonstrations and technical sales pitches tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position our offerings effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as technical support and product specialists to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and client feedback to refine strategies, improve service delivery, and maximize revenue growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, especially in technology or software solutions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated success in business development activities including cold calling, warm calling, and lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles as they relate to sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Technical sales experience is highly desirable, with the ability to explain product features in a way that resonates with clients' needs.
- Analytical skills to interpret market data, assess client requirements, and develop strategic plans accordingly.
