Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven Account Executive with experience in the healthcare domain to manage end-to-end sales for our custom software development services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, developing new client relationships, and closing deals within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities in the healthcare IT domain.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Understand client needs and position OSP Labs' custom software development services as solutions.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with healthcare decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to align client requirements with solutions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the healthcare domain (healthcare IT services or related solutions).
  • Proven ability to handle end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare software or digital health solutions is a strong plus.
