As we continue to grow, we're looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Manager to join our company and grow our Sales Department.
Job Summary:
As a Salesperson/Comfort Advisor, you'll be the face of our company in the field, meeting with homeowners, identifying their heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs, and offering personalized solutions. Your role is key in helping customers make informed decisions while growing our Sales Department with integrity and excellence.
Leads Required will be Self-Generated leads through Networking Marketing, Referrals, and Business to Business.
Work Hours are Full-Time with Weekends as Needed based on Seasonal Demand.
Pay Structure:
Base Salary plus weekly commissions.
Reports to:
Owner(s) and General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customers needs
- Be proactive with lead generation and sales opportunities
- Build relations with homeowners and present tailored system solutions
- Educate customers on the benefits of energy-efficient system with rebate and finance options
- Generate detailed estimate and close sales on-site
- Follow up on leads and referrals
- Be a liaison between client and installation department to ensure smooth job flow
- Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Attend community events and organizational meetings (some afterhours events required)
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in customer homes and conducting load calculations
- Proficient in using tablets, CRM software, and financing tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet customer availability
- Team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude
Education & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in sales
