We're seeking a proactive and detail-obsessed Financial Analyst to drive visibility, control, and strategic clarity across the business. This role is critical to how we forecast, budget, and invest, and to how we continue delivering real results.

About the Role:

We're hiring a Financial Analyst to bring rigor, insight, and structure to our fast-moving finance and strategy team. This role is perfect for a data-driven thinker who thrives on rolling forecasts, trend analysis, and precision reporting. You'll own company-wide budgeting, analyze revenue and margins, track P&L and cash flow performance, and proactively identify risks and opportunities.

You'll also maintain high-integrity financial models, reconcile discrepancies, and keep all key metrics up to date and visible, turning raw data into strategic insight that drives high-impact decisions. What You'll Do:

  • Build, maintain, and optimize budgeting and forecasting models across departments
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes
  • Create and maintain dashboards, variance reports, and financial summaries for leadership
  • Analyze revenue, cost trends, and operational trend to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
  • Partner with department leads to monitor spend, improve visibility, and drive accountability
  • Provide ROI analysis for new initiatives, hiring plans, vendor proposals, and business lines
  • Lead financial projects and deep dives that support strategic decision-making
  • Continuously improve reporting tools, financial processes, and data hygiene to support scale

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong Excel skills — including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and model building
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • High attention to detail and organization, with strong time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — to translate data into insights
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset: you ask the right questions, propose solutions, and follow through
  • Experience working with leadership or cross-functional teams preferred
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Joiin, Gusto or similar financial platforms
