Title Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Title Clerk to join our dealership team. As a Title Clerk, you will be responsible for handling all vehicle titling and registration processes for the cars we sell, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with state regulations. In addition to title and registration work, you will assist with general office duties and basic bookkeeping tasks to support daily dealership operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, process, and submit all title and registration paperwork for vehicle sales.
- Verify the accuracy of title documentation and resolve any title-related issues.
- Maintain organized records of all vehicle transactions, titles, and registrations.
- Communicate with customers, financial institutions, and the DMV as needed.
- Assist with office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support bookkeeping functions, including recording transactions and assisting with reconciliations.
- Provide general support to the sales and management team as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
