Job Title: Technical Configuration Analyst
 
Job Summary: 
We are seeking a configuration analyst for configuring new/existing customer implementations for RevSpring's proprietary SaaS (software as a service) applications. This individual will be responsible for configuring customers on our Data warehouse products. This job requires a good blend of SQL skills, soft skills and configuration skills.
 
Essential Functions:
  • Gather, evaluate and organize customer requirements and translate to appropriate Data warehouse configurations
  • Analyze inbound data files and ensure data integrity
  • SME (subject matter expert) for existing and new configuration options (for multiple applications)
  • Documentation and Training for existing and new configuration options
  • Documentation and maintaining customer configuration profiles
  • Working directly with Project Managers, Software Developers and Quality Assurance Analyst
  • Some direct client communication is required
  • Ability to debug customer reported issues by analyzing data in the tables and files, views and SPs.
 
Minimum Requirements:
Specific Job Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in software project
  • Thorough knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
  • SQL skills (ability to write and execute SQL queries)
  • Great Attention to Detail and strong follow through skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Outstanding Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, responsibilities and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of payment system is a plus
  • ETL / Data Warehouse knowledge is a plus
  • Up to 10% travel may be required
  • Jira experience for task management
 

Education: Qualified candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
 
Location: This position is remote however the candidate should be in the United States and core working hours will be in EST.
