What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business location and its perimeter, observing for any unusual activity or potential issues.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities as required by site protocols.
• Assist with access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding security-related matters as needed.
• Remain alert and attentive while on duty, adapting to varying working environments and conditions depending on the client site within the tech, media, and telecom sector.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 or more years of law enforcement experience or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 or more years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
