Basic qualifications
- Strong typing skills with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in a call center environment or customer support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication.
