Senior Account Executive – US (NY/NJ Hybrid)

Role Requirements
- IT solutions background
—preferably in
Insurance, BFSI, FinTech, or AI/ML-driven services
. - Open to
domestic and international travel
as required. - US Citizens or candidates with valid work authorization
only. - Must work
2 days per week from our NYC office
—local NYC/NJ candidates preferred. - Compensation:
- Base salary:
USD
120K–150K - Sales commission:
Up to
USD 300K - Commission structure:
0.5% to 2.5% - Total earning potential:
~USD
150K–200K+
(based on performance)
You will focus on
new logo acquisition, ARR growth, and strategic account expansion
while working closely with engineering, cloud, and AI delivery teams.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in
IT solutions
with exposure to
Insurance, BFSI, FinTech, or AI-driven offerings
, and can confidently engage senior decision-makers in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Selling
- Identify business challenges and technical gaps across
Banking, Insurance, FinTech, Manufacturing, Supply Chain
, and related sectors. - Collaborate with
Engineering, Cloud, AI, and Delivery
teams to create tailored solution proposals. - Lead executive-level discussions with clarity and strategic insight.
- Adapt solution narratives for both enterprise transformation programs and startup product builds.
2. Full Sales Cycle Ownership
- Manage the entire sales process:
prospecting → qualification → scoping → pricing → SOW creation → negotiation → deal closure
. - Navigate procurement, legal, compliance, and infosec requirements.
- Prepare strong RFP/RFI responses.
- Handle long enterprise sales cycles (3–9 months) and fast-paced startup cycles (2–8 weeks).
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with
SDRs and Marketing
to build a predictable pipeline. - Work with Delivery & Engineering to validate solution feasibility, resource models, and timelines.
- Provide insights on market trends, pricing movements, and competitive positioning.
- Continuously refine messaging to improve conversion rates.
4. Account Growth & Relationship Management
- Build and execute
multi-year account plans
for strategic customers. - Develop strong relationships with
CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Product Heads, and Operations Leaders
. - Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across
AI, automation, cloud modernization, managed services, and engineering augmentation
. - Ensure seamless transition to Delivery teams and support renewals.
5. Forecasting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate pipeline details, stages, and timelines in CRM.
- Deliver reliable forecast reporting on quarterly bookings.
- Identify early-stage risks and build action plans.
6. Market & New Logo Expansion
- Drive outbound and inbound growth across priority US verticals.
- Pursue enterprise and startup clients for engineering and AI-led product development.
- Represent Winjit at events, client meetings, and partner forums.
