What You Will Do

  • Shape and execute the People & Culture strategy to advance the hotel's vision.
  • Build strong relationships with Ambassadors at all levels to support retention and development.
  • Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and succession efforts.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and service excellence.
  • Oversee HR compliance, safety initiatives, and policy administration.
  • Analyze engagement trends and recommend improvements to drive team and guest satisfaction.

  • Have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
