Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will nurture and develop our existing customer base while actively seeking new opportunities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, proficiency with technology, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Sales & Customer Engagement:

o Actively promote and sell company products and services

o Provide material estimates and project quotes

o Respond to customer inquiries and pricing questions

o Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients

· Order Processing & Documentation:

o Enter customer information, quotes, and orders into the ERP system

o Document and update customer records based on interactions

o Oversee sales orders from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth workflow

· Customer Support & Issue Resolution:

o Provide accurate information about products and services

o Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

o Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues as needed

· Knowledge & Continuous Improvement:

o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, pricing, and competitor offerings

o Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services

o Demonstrate strong detail-oriented sales skills

· Productivity & Teamwork:

o Plan and pace work to meet daily, weekly, and project-related productivity goals

o Collaborate effectively with team members and senior staff

Qualifications

· Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields

· Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships

· Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Positive and professional demeanor

Technical Skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

· Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is highly beneficial

· Strong mathematical skills for accurate estimates and pricing

Additional Requirements

· Experience in manufacturing or construction trades is a plus

· Must pass a criminal background check and drug test

· Strong organizational and project coordination abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40, $60,000.00 per year
