Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent priorities.
  • Lead initiatives that support growth and scalability across global teams.
  • Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture that supports creativity and collaboration.
  • Lead programs that enhance engagement, diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and well-being.
  • Oversee performance management and leadership development processes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance issues, and HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and practices across multiple regions.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance on contracts, compensation, and HR documentation.
  • Identify and develop high-potential talent and emerging leaders.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to deliver training programs that build skills and leadership capability.
  • Create career growth and retention strategies to strengthen organizational capability.

Required

  • 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience supporting creative, technology, or high-growth organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR strategy, employment law, and organizational design.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, global environment.
  • Experience in a global or matrixed organization.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CIPD).
  • Passion for creative industries and people-centered cultures
