About Us

Mini Boss Mobile Mechanic is a growing, independently owned mobile auto repair company serving the Atlanta metro area.

We focus on European vehicles and provide professional diagnostics and on-site repairs at customers' homes and workplaces. Our work is detail-driven, customer-facing, and diagnostic-heavy — this role is for experienced technicians who know their craft and take pride in it.

We are currently hiring 1–2 experienced 1099 mobile mechanics to support increasing demand across Atlanta and surrounding areas.

IMPORTANT – READ BEFORE APPLYING

This position is ONLY for mechanics with extensive hands-on experience working on European vehicles, specifically:

BMW Mercedes-Benz Audi Volkswagen

If you do not have strong, real-world experience with these brands, please do not apply.

Duties

  • Travel to customer locations for diagnostics and repairs
  • Perform European-vehicle services including:
  • Brake systems
  • Starter and alternator replacement
  • Battery replacement and programming (where applicable)
  • Electrical and no-start diagnostics
  • Belt and hose replacement
  • Pre-purchase inspections
  • Accurately diagnose issues using professional scan tools
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and dispatch
  • Complete jobs independently with efficiency and attention to detail

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an automotive mechanic
  • Proven experience working on BMW, Mercedes, Audi, and VW
  • Strong diagnostic ability, especially electrical and no-start issues
  • Ownership of a professional-grade scan tool suitable for European vehicles
  • Complete personal mechanic's toolkit
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • At least 2 professional references
  • Phone numbers must be provided
  • References will be verified before an interview is scheduled
  • Must pass a basic background check

Preferred (Not Required)

  • ASE certifications
  • Mobile mechanic experience
  • Spanish-speaking
