We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Lead with deep expertise in SAP HANA and Snowflake platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology by translating business requirements into effective data-driven solutions, leading technical development, and ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end solution design, development, and implementation of SAP HANA and Snowflake-based analytics solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Manage data integration, transformation, and migration between SAP, Snowflake, and other enterprise data systems.

Develop and optimize complex SQL scripts, stored procedures, and data models in SAP HANA and Snowflake.

Design and implement ETL/ELT processes using tools such as SAP Data Services, Azure Data Factory, or Informatica.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across platforms.

Provide techno-functional leadership and guidance to development teams and business analysts.

Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for SAP HANA and Snowflake solutions.

Prepare documentation, solution design, and architecture diagrams.

Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices in SAP HANA, Snowflake, and cloud data integration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

10+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years in SAP HANA and 3+ years in Snowflake.

Strong understanding of SAP functional modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, etc.) and integration with HANA.

Hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture, data sharing, security, and performance tuning.

Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.

Experience with data pipelines, ETL tools, and data orchestration frameworks.

Knowledge of BI/reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SAP Analytics Cloud.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end delivery.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Exposure to Python, Spark, or data automation scripts.

SAP certification or Snowflake certification preferred.

Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps CI/CD for data platforms.
