Objective: As a Customer Experience Leader, you'll drive revenue while delivering exceptional customer experiences in Johnson County's growing market. No experience? No problem, we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed

  • Clear Communicator: Skilled at explaining our services and value to customers while coordinating efficiently with team members
Responsibilities:
  • Drive Local Revenue: Identify upselling opportunities and provide accurate on-site estimates that convert to sales
  • Navigate Kansas City Metro: Safely operate trucks through Ohio neighborhoods and surrounding communities
  • Handle Diverse Removal Jobs: Perform both heavy and light lifting across varied Kansas properties
  • Be Our Local Brand Ambassador: Represent our company professionally in the growing Independence business community
  • Ohio-Ready Workforce: Maintain safety awareness during all seasons, especially during hot summers and cold winter conditions
Qualifications:
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license required
  • Experience: Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience in the Cleveland metro area preferred
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and work in variable Kansas weather conditions
  • Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor within the Cleveland region is highly valued
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Independence and surrounding communities is a plus

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Driver's License: Valid standard driver's license required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
  • Weekend shifts required Saturday or Sunday
