Senior Product Manager – Member Administration, Cloud Insurance Platform
Location: Remote (U.S. or Canada)
About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, Member Administration at Vitech, you'll shape the future of V3locity, our cloud-native administration and digital engagement platform built for the Group Insurance and InsurTech markets. You'll lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of product capabilities that simplify how carriers, employers, brokers, and members manage member data—covering employment changes, life events, and demographic updates.
You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and client partners to define innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency, drive digital adoption, and elevate the end-to-end member experience. This role is ideal for a product leader who combines a deep understanding of Group Insurance operations with experience building scalable, enterprise SaaS platforms that transform the insurance industry.
What you will do:- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Member Administration within the V3locity platform.
- Design and deliver features that streamline employment changes, life events, and demographic updates across multiple user personas.
- Partner with engineering, UX, and client stakeholders to translate complex insurance workflows into intuitive, digital-first experiences.
- Define requirements that ensure scalability, configurability, and compliance across U.S. and Canadian Group Insurance markets.
- Use data and customer insights to inform product direction and adoption strategies.
- Present product vision, priorities, and outcomes to executive and client audiences.
- 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, InsurTech, or Group Insurance software.
- Proven experience with Group Insurance carriers, TPAs, or technology vendors supporting onboarding, enrollment, billing, commissions, or claims.
- Deep understanding of the Group Insurance value chain—from quote to claim—and the relationships between carriers, employers, brokers, and members.
- Strong technical fluency with API integrations, platform interoperability, and data exchange methods.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with engineering and design to build configurable, extensible enterprise platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business teams.

- Experience with modern insurance administration or policy management platforms.
- Familiarity with digital experience builders or widget-based frameworks for multi-persona user journeys.
- Background in Agile product development using JIRA, Aha, or Productboard.
- Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and regulatory frameworks in the U.S. and Canadian insurance markets.
