Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel marketing strategies. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Manage SEO efforts to improve organic search visibility and drive website traffic.
- Oversee social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook Advertising.
- Coordinate multichannel marketing efforts that integrate digital, print, and e-commerce strategies.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for creating compelling visual content for various marketing channels.
- Lead content marketing initiatives, ensuring high-quality copywriting that resonates with target audiences.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize future efforts.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement through email marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support advertising sales initiatives and product management efforts.
- Manage budgets effectively while ensuring maximum ROI on all marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar position with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques including performance marketing, e-commerce strategies, and analytics.
- Familiarity with WordPress for website management and HTML for basic coding tasks is preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent research skills combined with the ability to analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Experience in budgeting and managing financial resources for marketing projects.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on copywriting and storytelling capabilities.
