**Job Description:**

As a Traveling Working Electrical Foreman, you will play a critical role in overseeing projects at various job sites. You will be responsible for leading a team of skilled electricians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality electrical installations and maintenance services. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and ensure project timelines are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and manage on-site electrical work, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of electricians in the execution of electrical projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other foremen to efficiently utilize manpower and resources.
  • Ensure all electrical systems and components are installed, maintained, and repaired to meet the required specifications and codes.
  • Inspect electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
  • Maintain a high level of communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed.
  • Oversee the scheduling and logistics required for traveling to different job sites.
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment needed for various projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise during the course of the project.
  • Ensure all documentation, including reports, timesheets, and safety records, is accurately completed and submitted timely.

**Qualifications:**

  • Journeyman or Master Electrician's License is required.
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or Supervisor with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • In-depth understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, schematics, and safety codes.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to various job sites.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
