Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Budtender to join our team. As a key member of our dispensary, you'll provide exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, and help customers find the right products for their needs. This position requires fluent Spanish, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, offering personalized product recommendations.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash and card transactions accurately.
  • Maintain organized, well-stocked product displays and ensure shelves are replenished as needed.
  • Educate customers through product demonstrations and detailed explanations of strains, edibles, and accessories.
  • Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Follow all state regulations and company policies regarding cannabis sales.
  • Support daily operations, including store cleanliness, organization, and compliance checks.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Must speak Spanish fluently.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (grocery, restaurant, or similar setting).
  • Experience handling cash and operating registers.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people.
