Schedule:
- Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

About the Role
We're looking for a high-energy, bilingual Front Desk Receptionist who takes pride in their appearance, professionalism, and ability to deliver excellent service. You'll be the first face patients see when they walk through our doors, setting the tone for their entire experience.
You should be:
- A strong communicator (Spanish & English required)
- Organized and reliable
- Positive, warm, and patient-focused
- Great at seeing what needs to be done and taking initiative
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and being part of a close-knit team that's passionate about helping others.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes
- Schedule appointments, diagnostics, and follow-ups
- Maintain organized patient records using our EMR system
- Manage daily office flow and assist providers as needed
- Make follow-up calls for missed or upcoming appointments
- Provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone
- Support therapy staff with light administrative tasks
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) – Required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficient with computers and MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Prior medical front desk or administrative experience preferred
