About the Role

We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager — someone who can build strong connections with healthcare professionals, referral partners, and local organizations to help spread the word about our services.

This is a great fit if you:

  • Have 2 years experience in sales or marketing in the home care or home healthcare industry
  • Feel comfortable meeting new people and making connections quickly
  • Know how to turn a first conversation into a long-term relationship
  • Are excited to get out in the community and grow something meaningful
What You'll Be Doing
  • Connecting with referral sources like hospital case managers, senior living communities, rehab centers, hospices, and more
  • Visiting partners face-to-face (this is an outside sales role)
  • Creating and executing a plan to grow our client base
  • Hosting and attending community events to build awareness
  • Becoming a trusted face of SYNERGY HomeCare in your area

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using a CRM
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
