The Opportunity:

The Four Seasons, Washington D.C. is currently looking for an Sales Coordinator. This administrative position is clerical in nature and support oriented. It's the first step towards a Sales Management career. The Sales Coordinator supports the Director of Sales and the Sales Management Team in a variety of ways that are critically important to successfully securing business as well as meeting the needs of the hotel's clients.

Who We Look For:

We look for employees who share the Golden Rule; people who, by nature, believe in treating others as we would have them treat us. We look for individuals who share a passion for excellence and who infuse that enthusiasm into everything they do.

• College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is preferred.
• One to two years of previous experience directly related to hotel catering or conference services.
• Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
• Ability to use Delphi preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage several demanding tasks in a consistently busy environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask. High level of creativity.
• Knowledge of audio-visual equipment and internet technology – preferred.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Compensation:

$29.85 Hourly
