Seeking an experienced Massage Therapist to join our quickly growing private practice and massage therapy clientele. Summit Physical Therapy is a locally owned outpatient facility dedicated to maintaining a 5-star experience for our staff and clientele. Opportunities:

  • Flexible Scheduling. Seeking 15+ hours per week with opportunity to grow.
  • Collaborate with with 6 additional Doctors of Physical Therapy, 2 Occupational Therapists, 2 Physical Therapy Assistant and 1 Massage Therapist specializing in Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Lymphedema Management, Dry Needling and Sports Medicine.
  • Mentoring and continuing education to ensure the highest level of care is provided to our community.

Job Requirements:

  • Maintain our company's 5 Star Rating.
  • Conduct patient assessments and gather medical history to ensure safe and effective treatment plan. Document assessment and POC for insurance submissions.
  • Provide therapeutic massage therapy services to clients, utilizing various techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management.
  • Educate clients on self-care techniques and exercises to enhance the benefits of the massage therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Willingness to travel to all locations for coverage if needed.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Massage Therapist with clean background and reliable transportation.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist.
  • Proficient in various massage techniques, including neuromuscular massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and acute pain management.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
  • Ability to adapt treatment plans based on individual client needs and preferences.

Pay: $ $40.00 per hour
